What could we have done better to have improved your experience with us?
I don’t believe that I could have been better looked after. Answers to questions and emails were always clear, concise and prompt and at all times I was kept in the loop as to what was happening with the loan.

Any additional comments?
I would not hesitate to use Chris again in the future if and when the time arises, and I will also be recommending him to others who may be needing the same services. Thanks for making the whole process very easy, especially since my location is so isolated.
